Welcome to the official homepage of comedian Andy Zaltzman - stand-up, writer, and co-hero of The Bugle podcast.

After a 10 year wait to ensure that the internet was not merely a passing fad, Andy Zaltzman has launched his website.  This is it.  There's not much to it yet.  But there will be.  Trust me, there will be.  This will one day be the greatest official Andy Zaltzman website in the history of civilisation.  That is not a promise.  That is a prediction.

April 2010 Update: Admittedly, it is a prediction that hasn't come true yet.  But it will.  One day.  It's been a year since I launched this website, in which time I forgot about it for a while, then was reminded about it by an email telling me it was being shut down.  So I dived heroically into the breach to save the site.  And soon, I might do something with it.

In the meantime, here is a link to the homepage of The Bugle, the weekly podcast I do with John Oliver for TimesOnline, containing our trademark comedic Molotov cocktail of satire and premium-grade bullshit.

I wrote a book late in 2008, called Does Anything Eat Bankers?  And 53 Other Indispensible Questions For The Credit Crunched.  It is available here and from all worthwhile online retailers.  And, probably, by now also in some charity shops.  I can guarantee that no other book about the credit crunch contains so many lies.  If you don't believe me, read these extracts.

I will also be doing a show at the 2010 Edinburgh Festival, at the Stand, at 4.20pm.  It will be called 'Andy Zaltzman Swears To Tell The Truth, Half The Truth, And Everything But The Truth'.  Believe it.  It's a fact.  More on this later.  Possibly even before the festival begins.

I've also been appearing in sundry radio shows recently, including 7 Day Sunday on 5 Live, and the Vote Now show on Radio 4, both of which are available as podcasts.

And, for those who are that way inclined, here's a link to my blog about cricket on Cricinfo.com.

This site is about to go sensational.  Just you wait and see.
